By means of this petition, the petitioner prays for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the security guard/gunner to the petitioner during the pendency of election/ declaration of Gram Panchayat 2021.
In view of the above, Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahar, is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.4.2021 as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
