Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed in connection with preparation of voters list for the Panchayat Elections, 2021.
As the Panchayat Elections, 2021 are over, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petition is rendered infructuous and, therefore, she does not wish to press the same.
In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
