1. Heard Sri Anoop Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2. Notice need not be issued to respondents No.3 to 6 at this stage.
2. The only relief sought in the writ petition is that Case No.01569/2020 Computerized Case No.T202017140201569) (Smt. Geeta Devi and another vs. Achala alias Achala Devi) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 24.8.2020 before Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhanpur, District Basti, respondent no.2, be directed to be decided expeditiously.
3. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, as such, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the same, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of.
