Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the Challani Report dated 20.3.2021 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition) and take suitable action against the arrogant officer of the staff and further prayer has been made for mandamus directing the respondents-authority to pay compensation of Rs. 10 lac be granted to petitioner.
After hearing the argument at length, once the Court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the present writ petition, however, leave may be accorded to avail the remedy as available in law.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the said liberty.
