Applicant has preferred the present Contempt Petition for non- compliance of the final judgment and order dated 5.9.2018 passed in Writ-A No.17511 of 2018 (Smt. Geeta Devi Vs. State of U.P. and 5 Others). The operative portion of the order is reproduced hereinbelow-
"In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to represent before the respondent no.4 in that regard alongwith all materials to indicate that petitioner is actually working, within a period of two weeks from today. In case petitioner does so, the authority concerned shall enquire into all facts and appropriate orders would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months thereafter. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
Subject to the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is disposed of."
In the writ petition the writ Court permitted the petitioner to represent before respondent no.4 along with all materials to indicate that petitioner is actually working, within a period of two weeks from today. Further directions were given to the aforesaid respondent to pass appropriate orders within two months.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances along with copy of the earlier representation as well as the order passed by the writ court dated 5.9.2018 before the opposite party within a period of three weeks from today. If any such representation is made, the opposite party is directed to pass a fresh and appropriate order expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
