By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i) Issue an appropriate order or direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur to decide the application7-C filed in Suit No123 of 2020 Geeta Vs. Meena and others in a stipulated period pending in the court of Civil Judge (Sr. D.) Gorakhpur."
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
