Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
On the last occasion this Court directed to learned Standing Counsel to seek instruction in the matter whether the tube-well of Petitioner No. 1 is situated over the chak of her son or over the chak of Sompal- respondent No. 2.
On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel informs to the Court that as per the spot inspection dated 13.06.2018 which was approved by the Consolidation Officer vide report dated 26.04.2019, it is apparent that the tube-well of Petitioner No. 1 is situated over the chak of her son holding chak No. 13 and not over the chak of respondent No. 2.
The relevant paragraph of the instruction as received by the learned Standing Counsel is quoted as under:-
