Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(i). Direct the learned court below (respondent no. 1) to decide the 6C application dated 27.7.2015 in Original Suit No. 892 of 2015 (Smt. Geeta Devi and Others v. Sri State of U.P. through District Magistrate, Agra, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Agra within as short bound time period or as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. "
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the 6C application dated 27.7.2015 in Original Suit No. 892 of 2015 (Smt. Geeta Devi and Others v. Sri State of U.P. through District Magistrate, Agra, strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one Order Date :- 16.8.2021 Sanjeev
