The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No.1517 of 2017, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have already appeared in the suit and are contesting the proceedings.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction, expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
