The only prayer pressed on this petition is for expeditious disposal of a suit for cancellation of a sale deed which was instituted in 2013.
The order-sheet indicates that the matter was fixed on 15 April 2019 for cross examination.
In view of the above, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned before whom Case No. 70 of 2013 is pending to move in the matter with expedition and ensure its conclusion at the earliest without grant of any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
