THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS NOT TO HARASS THE PETITIONERS IN PURSUANCE TO THE COMPLAINTS 12.09.2018 AND 19.09.2018 UNDER ANNEXURE-B & C AND FURTHER DIRECT THEM TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW ON THE SAID COMPLAINT & ETC.
THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Nagendra A. for Mr.Janardhana G., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The writ petitions are admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:
i) Directing the Respondents not to harass the petitioners in pursuance to the complaints 12-9- 2018 and 19-9-2018 under annexure B & C and further direct them to take necessary action in accordance with law on the said complaint.
ii) Grant any other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant to the petitioners in the circumstances of the case.
4. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they shall cooperate with the investigation, which has been initiated against them. It is further submitted that with regard to violation of interim order of injunction, the petitioners have approached the Civil Court.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in case the petitioners cooperate with the investigation in respect of the cases registered against them, the petitioners shall not be subjected to any kind of harassment by the respondents.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
