Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A.
There is no reason to grant bail to the appellant Gedan Lal @ Patua. His bail prayer is declined and is rejected. Since the appellant had remained in jail for four years and four months, the appeal is expedited.
Office is directed to prepare paper book within two weeks from today and list this appeal before the appropriate Bench for final hearing.
