Considering the allegations which are made in the petition and prayers which are made, the Labour Commissioner is directed to file his affidavit dealing with the same.
Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Ahmedabad to file any reply/further reply if they wish to do so. Both the authorities should file such reply/further reply on or before 5th April 2012. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, to be filed by the petitioner, should be filed on or before 9th April 2012.
If the Commissioner of Labour, Gujarat State fails to file the reply, he shall remain personally remain present before the Court on the next date of hearing.
Post the matter on 10th April 2012.
