JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.V.Yugiya, Junior Counsel of Mr.P.Chandrasekaran, submitted that the petitioners and the respondents have arrived at a settlement and in view of which, the present writ petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
