JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to issue process to the respondents and punish them for their wilful violation of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.15425 of 2016 dated 23.08.2016.
2.Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that pursuant to the earlier order, transfer order has been given to the petitioner transferring him to Hyderabad.
3.Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that due to difficulty in taking care of his grand child, the petitioner is unable to travel and obey the earlier order and join duty. Therefore, he request that the transfer order and relieving order may be sent to the petitioner through e-mail.
3.Heard both sides.
4.In view of the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to send the relieving order through either by e-mail or through any other mode to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to join duty to the transferred place thereafter, from one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
