The record shows that the respondents are served. It further transpires from the record that when the petition was filed in the year 2004, Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) was in existence and thereafter, as there was change in the Constitution of the GEB, the petitioner preferred Civil Application No.14306 of 2008, which came to be allowed by this Court (Coram: K.S.Jhaveri, J) vide order dated 22.12.2008 and rule was issued in the present petition to the substituted parties, which was made returnable on 27.01.2009. However, no one appears even as on today.
Hence, in the interest of justice, fresh RULE returnable on 21.02.2012 to the substituted parties. Direct service permitted.
