1. Heard Sri Devesh Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Vijay Gautam, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. The dispute relates to payment of death claim under Group Personal Accident Policy, insured with United India Insurance Company Ltd., which claim of petitioner has been rejected by Senior Divisional Manager vide letter dated 31.03.2004. The petitioner has remedy before Insurance Ombudsman and he may avail the said remedy.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
