Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly does not dispute that there is an alternate/ statutory/efficacious remedy of challenging the order dated 24.1.2018 by means of a revision/appeal under section 333 of U.P.Z.A.&L.R Act, as the proceedings arose out of Section 176/182 of U.P.Z.A&L.R Act.
Writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the order impugned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a xerox thereof.
