Rule.
Notice as to interim relief returnable on 8.1.2013. Meanwhile the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Surat in Appeal (I.C.) No.40 of 2003 dated 6.12.2010 and order passed by the Labour Court, Surat, in T- Application No.16 of 1998 dated 29.1.2003 regarding backwages, reinstatement with continuity of service etc. are stayed, till returnable dated. Direct service is permitted.
