ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents, in considering the petitioner’s request for shifting the saw-mill from Hyderabad to the premises located in Survey No.182/10, Patipally Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Anakapally SRO, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have submitted that in an identical case, viz., Writ Petition No.35346 of 2014, this Court has passed an order on 27.11.2014 with appropriate directions. They have requested that a similar order may be passed in this Writ Petition as well.
In view of the above submission of learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of order, dated 27.11.2014 in Writ Petition No.35346 of 2014, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order with the only variation that the time limit stipulated in the said order shall commence from the date of receipt of order in respect of the present case.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45032 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
