This special appeal is directed against the order dated 15.12.2020 passed in WRIT- A No. 10847 of 2020.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before the authority concerned under Right to Information Act, 2005.
The said contention has not been opposed by the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4.
The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
No costs.
