Shri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the writ court order has been complied by the competent authority by passing the order dated 8.11.2019. Copy of the order has been made available today to the learned counsel for the applicant. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to assail the order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
