This is a Public Interest Litigation taken out by the public interested foundation. The only prayer is that respondent no. 1 and 2 be directed to adhere by the earlier orders passed by them.
Hence, we feel it proper that respondent no. 2 and 3 who have passed orders in the past shall freshly look into the matter and pass fresh orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
