THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner filed the present writ petition for writ of mandamus directing respondents to issue certified copy of the entire order sheet, certified copy of the interim order dated 28.05.1986, certified copy of the order dated 14.09.1988 admitting and allowing the impleading application in W.P.No.8432/1986 and also the certified copy of the Form of Index and Form No.IV Rule (17) in W.P.No.8432/1986.
2. Sri.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned AGA on instructions of respondent No.4 submits that the certified copy of Annexure – A in respect of Sl.no.1 – WP No.8432/1986 dated 14.09.1988 and the entire order sheet of writ petition will be issued to the petitioner on payment of necessary fee. He would further submit that sl.nos.2, 3 and 4 certified copy of interim order, certified copy of Form of Index, certified copy of Form No.IV Rule 17 sought for in the prayer is not available and they are destroyed in terms of Chapter XX Rule 1 of the High Court Rules, 1959. The said submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to issue certified copy of WP No.8432/1986 dated 14.09.1988 and the entire order sheet stated supra forthwith.
