This writ petition is filed by a student who has been allotted BDS seat in a self-financing College. The petitioner's complaint is that based on the latest notification issued by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala, the students were given option to exercise BDS course in certain colleges and the petitioner was not allowed to exercise option. According to the petitioner, students who have been now allowed to exercise option having lower rank to the petitioner. 2. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C)No.25208/2014 have considered the similar grievances and dismissed the writ petition.
In view of the judgment as above, this writ petition is dismissed.
