JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent husband, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.1586 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam.
2. The petitioner has stated that she is residing at Sathiyamangalam and therefore, it would be convenient for her to prosecute the matter before the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband has no objection for transferring the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.1586 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.1586 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam.
5. With these observations, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
