1. Petitioner, though had been granted an order by Ext.P7, is now declined participation in the 4th semester examination for reason of the petitioner not having obtained the minimum SGPA in the 1st and 2nd semester regular and supplementary examination. The said issue is covered by Ext.P11 judgment of this Court.
2. In such circumstances, if the petitioner has obtained passing grade in individual papers and has paid the requisite fee and made the application in time, then she shall be permitted to appear for the 4th semester examination. Learned standing counsel submits that an appeal is proposed against Ext.P11 judgment. Definitely, the result of the examination would be subject to the result of the appeal.
Writ petition is disposed off.
