Girish M. Dass, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present even on second call. He is not appearing consistently and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing this Special Civil Application.
Under these circumstances, the present Special Civil Application is hereby dismissed for default. Civil Application No. 3881/2011 will also stand dismissed for default.
