JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader, prays for time in order to file an affidavit-in-reply.
List on 14-2-2012.
Mr.Kirtidev R.Dave, learned advocate for the petitioner, submits that due to inadvertence, the prayer regarding extension of the status-quo order has not been made by the petitioner on the last three dates of hearing, therefore, the status-quo order, granted on 28-7-2011, may be extended till the next date of hearing.
Accordingly, it is directed that the status-quo order granted earlier, shall continue till the next date of hearing.
