This Application is brought by the original petitioner as the Opponent no. 1 has passed away and his heirs and legal representatives are required to be brought on the record of the main matter.
On having heard learned advocate for the parties and on having examined the death certificate of the Opponent no.1, this Civil Application is being allowed permitting the applicant-petitioner to bring on record heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Opponent no.1 on the record of the matter. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
