Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of criminal case no. 3454 of 2002 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar, arising out of crime no. C-1 of 2002, under section 419, 420,467,468,471 and 506 IPC, P.S. and District Siddharth Nagar within stipulated period.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar, In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties and looking to roaster and priority on the basis of expedited proceedings under the orders of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
