Pursuant to earlier order passed, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which an order has already been passed by the State Government in the matter on 29th November, 2018, copy of which has also been furnished to the counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the above, as a decision has already been taken, no further grievance survives.
Leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue such remedy, as may be available in law, against the order dated 29.11.2018, this writ petition is consigned to records.
