Sri Nikhil Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are certain defects in the filing of the petition as well as serious typing errors, he therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
Sri Ajit Singh Rana, learned counsel appearing for the U.P. Awas Avam Vikas Parishad has no objection if the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary.
