The petitioner, who claims to have retired from the post of Munsarim in the year 2015 from the judgeship of Agra, has filed the instant petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to rectify the anomalies in the pay fixation of the petitioner and revise the pension accordingly and thereafter make payment of the arrears.
It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made repeated representations in this regard, but no heed has been paid to the same, compelling him to file the instant petition.
Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 very fairly states that the representations filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the second respondent within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the second respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2017 within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with photo copy of the representation.
