This petition is directed against an order of suspension passed against the petitioner. Respondents have already brought on record an order of termination passed against the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the challenge laid to the order of suspension looses its sanctity.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the copy of the inquiry report has not been furnished to the petitioner.
All such issues can be raised as and when the termination order is challenged before the appropriate forum. Arguments in that regard are not required to be considered in this petition.
Writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
