The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the opposite parties to provide the benefit of the Government Order dated 14.08.2017 treating the absorption of the petitioner on the post of Ayurvedic Pharmacist as substantive appointment and further to to decide his representation dated 01.09.2017.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that the petitioner may be given liberty to represent his case before the competent authority.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State no objection to the innocuous prayer made by petitioner.
Without entering into the merits of the case and after considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh detailed representation along with a copy of this order before the Director, Ayurvedic Services, U.P., Lucknow (opposite party no.2) within ten days from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
