In the present case petitioner has been placed under suspension.
On the presentation of the present writ petition in question, learned Standing counsel was directed to obtain necessary instructions in the matter.
On the matter being taken up today, copy of the charge-sheet dated 11.05.2011 has also been produced and the copy of the same has been handed over the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Looking into the charges levelled against the petitioner, no interference is being with the impugned order of suspension. However ends of justice would be more served in case disciplinary proceedings so undertaken against the petitioner is directed to be concluded at the earliest in case petitioner extends all possible cooperation in the ongoing disciplinary proceedings.
Consequently, respondents are directed to see and ensure that disciplinary proceedings so undertaken against the petitioner is concluded in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order passed by this Court subject to condition that petitioner shall extend all possible cooperation in the ongoing disciplinary proceedings.
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
