1. Sri Suyash Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the District Inspector of Schools, Farrukhabad to decide petitioner's case for granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade in Swami Atmdev Gopalanand Inter College, Ugarpur Post Office Pipargaon, District Farrukhabad, within a reasonable time.
3. Sri Pranav Ojha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, in his turn, submits that one Smt. Safia Begum was illegally promoted as Ad-hoc Principal and, therefore, arbitrarily her post was treated to be vacant, but subsequently when it was brought to the notice to the District Inspector of Schools, Farrukhabad, he cancelled that order and thereafter Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.16559 of 2018 was filed in which orders were passed on 01.08.2018 and in compliance of that order, again District Inspector of Schools passed a detailed order setting aside ad hoc appointment of said Smt. Safia Begum and, therefore, there is no post vacant for the petitioner and thus there is no question of granting permission for approval to the appointment of the petitioner.
4. In view of such facts, which are not disputed by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition. For the present, petition fails and is dismissed.
