Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Rai, learned counsel for opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 22.02.2021 passed in Writ A No. 2877 of 2021 (Gaurav Verma Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up counsel for opposite has placed before this Court a copy of the decision taken by opposite party on 15.08.2021. From the perusal of the same, it is argued that order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. No further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
The present contempt application is dismissed having become infructuous.
