Heard Shri Samarth Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Present application has been filed for dismissing the Application U/S 482 No.33581 of 2018 as withdrawn.
This application is supported by the affidavit of Gaurav Tyagi S/o M.S. Tyagi, who is applicant No.1 and son of applicant Nos.2 & 3. In the affidavit it is stated that the matter has already been settled between the parties and as a consequence thereof Divorce Petition No.120 of 2019 was filed in which it was mentioned that the parties shall withdraw all the criminal cases against each other and in view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application.
Accordingly, the withdrawal application stands allowed. Application U/S 482 No.33581 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
