Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the divorce petition no. 148 of 2017 (Gaurav Tomar Vs. Smt. Goldi Rana) under Sections 13(1) (1a) (1b) Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, as expeditiously as possible.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the divorce petition no. 148 of 2017 (Gaurav Tomar Vs. Smt. Goldi Rana) under Sections 13(1) (1a) (1b) Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, most expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receiving of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case, the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
With the above observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
