The petitioner is seeking consideration of his bail on the same day in Case Crime No.1121 of 2017, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Auraiya, District Auraiya.
This Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders and applies for bail, within fifteen days from today, before the courts below, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously on its intrinsic merit by the courts below in accordance with the provisions of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
