Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved against the result of B.T.C. of two years degree course which has been declared on 12th December, 2018. The petitioner has a remedy to apply for scrutiny in the relevant subjects in which he has failed. The petitioner, therefore, granted opportunity to move appropriate application for scrutiny of his answer-sheet by depositing requisite fee within a period of three weeks from today. In the event, such application is moved for scrutiny of answer sheet, the same shall be considered and scrutinized by the concerned respondent as expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
