Heard Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 16.07.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 432 of 2018, under Sections 452, 354, 506 IPC, Police Station- Sasni, District Hathras.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and the writ petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
