Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a limited prayer that opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director, Agriculture (Administration), Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow, may be directed to decide the fresh representation of the petitioner, expeditiously within some time framed.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection for considering and deciding the representation as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner may make a fresh representation to the opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director, Agriculture (Administration), Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow within ten days from today and if such a representation is made, the opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director, Agriculture (Administration), Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow shall consider and decide the said representation by passing a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law within one month from the date of production of the certified copy of the this order along with the said representation.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
