Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 and Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has taken admission in B. Ed. Course for the Academic Session 2018-20, but due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not deposit registration fee through online at the website of the University, due to which, he is unable to fill up his online examination form. For redressal of his grievance, he has moved an application dated 23.5.2019 before the Registrar of University, but the same has not been decided till date. Lastly, he prayed that a suitable direction may be issued to the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has submitted that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and decided at the earliest.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law maximum within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application alongwith certified copy of this order before the respondent no. 3.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. It is upon the respondent no. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner after considering the facts of the case as well as Ryules occupying the field.
