Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Nafees Ahmad, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 84 of 2019, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines District- Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail, the Court takes note that more than one individual has identified the applicant as the perpetrator of the crime from the CCTV footage. Bearing the aforesaid fact in mind, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
The Bail Application is consequently rejected.
