Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
This case is identical to the one involved in Writ-a No. 26421 of 2018 in which for the reasons assigned therein, the petitioner has been permitted to appear provisionally to apply for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic Schools vide advertisement dated 1st December, 2018.
In view of the above, the petitioner is also granted the same interim protection. This application for consideration of selection pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.12.2018 to be entertained provisionally.
