O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in opening a rowdy sheet against the petitioner.
3. The petitioner states that in respect of an incident at petroleum bunk at Rudraram Village, a case in Crime No.134 of 2002 was registered by the police, Patancheruvu Police Station, Medak District. A charge sheet was filed which was numbered as S.C.No.244 of 2003. Ultimately, the petitioner was acquitted on 08.09.2004. Based on the same incident, another case in Crime No.381 of 2002 was registered by Kukatpally Police Station in which charge sheet was filed in S.C.No.552 of 2004. In that case also the petitioner was acquitted on 22.08.2005. Another case was also registered in S.C.No.535 of 2004 wherein also he was acquitted. It is his case that three cases were booked against him out of single incident and in all the cases he was acquitted.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there are no cases registered against the petitioner. The petitioner states that he is leading peaceful life by running a dhaba.
5. In the circumstances, the first respondent is directed to review the case of the petitioner for closure of the rowdy sheet opened against him and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
