Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for a mandamus commanding respondents 1 to 3 to make proper and effective investigation in Case Crime No.0798 of 2020, under Sections 279, 323, 504, 506, 394 IPC, Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj with further prayer to arrest the accused persons in the aforesaid case crime number.
The argument of the petitioner who is the first informant of case crime no.0798 of 2020 is that fair investigation is not been done in the matter by the Investigating Officer.
Having regard to the nature of grievance, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 with true attested copy of the instant order and in which event he shall do needful in the matter.
The petition stands disposed of.
